Dad's Grilled Pork Chops with Savory Steak Butter Ingredients
  • 6 pork rib chops, about 1-inch thick
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons steak sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke seasoning
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

  • Cooking Directions

    Make the Savory Steak Butter. In a small bowl, beat together butter, steak sauce, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, liquid smoke, garlic and hot pepper sauce. Cover and refrigerate.

    Start medium-hot coals or set your gas grill to medium-hot.

    Season chops with pepper to taste. Grill over medium-hot heat until just done, about 12-15 minutes. Serve with Savory Steak Butter.

    Serves 6.

    Simple grilled chops topped with a savory flavored butter is a powerful flavor punch. Serve with grilled potato wedges, sliced tomatoes and cucumbers with vinaigrette, garlic bread, and chocolate sundaes.
