Paula Deen's 'The Lady's Cheesy Mac'From chef and author Paula Dean January 14, 2008 Paula Deen is known as the "Queen of Southern Cuisine." This Southern Belle chef and Food Network veteran launched a 10 city food drive to help those in need. She showed one of her American favorites, Macaroni and Cheese, during her appearance on Good Morning America.  IngredientsDirections Preheat oven to 350°F. Once you have the macaroni cooked and drained, place in a large bowl and while still hot and add the cheddar. In a separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and add to the macaroni mixture. Pour macaroni mixture into a casserole dish and bake for 30 to 45 minutes. Top with additional cheese if desired. Makes 6 to 8 servings Recipe copyright 2008, Paula Deen
