Sara Moulton Taco Kit Lunch

It doesn't have to be a chore to make delicious and nutritious lunches for your family whether it be at school, work or home.

Taco Kit Lunch Build a taco for lunch right at your desk or table. Easy for you, and your kids (large or small) will love it.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup black bean dip (store-bought)
  • 1/2 cup shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup grated Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 1/3 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup shredded romaine lettuce
  • 2 prepared taco shells

  • Directions

    Wrap 2 crisp folded taco shells in paper towels to protect them and put the rest of the ingredients, above, in little containers or zip lock bags.

    Assemble each taco by layering of all the ingredients: First the dip, then the chicken, the cheese, salsa and finally the lettuce.
