Luscious Lemon Berry Parfait From Margee Berry In the GMA Cut the Calories Cook-Off Contest
Ingredients
1. In a small bowl, mix together the yoghurt, cream cheese, sour cream and lemon zest until well blended. 2. In 4 goblets layer each with the angel food cake, berries and yoghurt mixture. Sprinkle tops with the almonds and brown sugar. To toast almonds: Place on a cookie sheet and bake 10 minutes at 325 degrees or til golden brown.
