Directions
1. Mix dry ingredients for 2 minutes
2. Add all liquids and mix until dough comes together. Be careful not to overmix.
Royal Icing

Ingredients
- pt. Egg Whites
- 3 lbs. Powdered Sugar
- 1 Tsp. Cream of Tartar
- The Juice from 1 Lemon
Directions
1. Sift powdered sugar and cream of tartar and place in mixing bowl with paddle.
2. Add egg whites and lemon juice. Mix for about two minutes. Wrap in cheesecloth and plastic wrap until ready to use.
