Fruit Kabob Critter
From Chef Sara Moulton

Good Morning America's Sara Moulton cooks up some great recipes for kids.

Ingredients

  • 1 seedless watermelon
  • 2 cantaloupes
  • 2 honeydew melons
  • wooden skewers

Directions

1. Cut the melons in half lengthwise and use a melon baller to scoop out melon balls. Push the melon balls onto skewers.

2. For a fun presentation, turn the kabobs into a fruity porcupine by sticking the bottoms of the skewers into an inverted scooped-out watermelon half. You can even attach other fruits to create a face.

Serves 12 to 20.
