Fruit Kabob Critter From Chef Sara Moulton
Ingredients
1. Cut the melons in half lengthwise and use a melon baller to scoop out melon balls. Push the melon balls onto skewers. 2. For a fun presentation, turn the kabobs into a fruity porcupine by sticking the bottoms of the skewers into an inverted scooped-out watermelon half. You can even attach other fruits to create a face. Serves 12 to 20. Recipe copyright©1999 Sara Moulton.
