Curtis' Butter "I Love You" Cookies 1997 They are called "I Love You" Cookies because you really have to love the people for whom you're making them. They are simple and fun to make - especially with your kids! Ingredients Dough You can practically use anything for filling. Curtis recommends fruit jam, but you can also use melted chocolate, peanut butter cups, gummy bears, chocolate sprinkles, M&M's, etc. Directions To make the dough, cream together butter, sugar, and 2 egg yolks in a mixer. Add vanilla. Add flour until mixture becomes doughy. You might not need all 3 cups of flour. Roll the dough into small balls, roughly the size of a walnut. Put your index finger or thumb into the middle of each ball of dough to create a little pool. Fill pool with whatever filling you desire. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
