Ms. Allman was born and raised in Long Beach, California, where she attended Kennedy High School. She studied drama at Fullerton College, where she appeared on stage in "Crimes of the Heart," "Philadelphia Story" and "The Star Spangled Girl."

Her film credits include "Encino Man" and "The Stoned Age." She enjoyed shooting her most recent film, "Criminal Affairs," on location in Ireland, the home of her ancestors. On television, she has appeared on "High Tide," "Dangerous Women" and "Eye on L.A."

Allman is the mother of ten-year-old Dustin Griffin. She enjoys all sports, including swimming, scuba diving, snorkeling, skiing, tennis and golf.
