Elisabeth Rohm Dorothy Hayes on One Life To Live Elisabeth Rohm joined "One Life to Live" in August, 1997, as Dorothy Hayes, the daughter of renowned journalist Mel Hayes. As Dorothy struggles to cope with her mother's death, she is frustrated by her father's constant drinking to numb the pain. "One Life to Live" marks Elisabeth's daytime debut. She grew up in both Manhattan and Bedford, New York, and received a B.A. in drama and history from Sarah Lawrence College. Elisabeth recently completed the independent feature film, "The Schemers." In her spare time, Elisabeth enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, skiing and biking, as well as studying architecture. Vital Statistics
