Erin Torpey Jessica Buchanan on One Life To Live 
Erin Torpey joined "One Life to Live" at the age of eight, playing Jessica Buchanan, who has grown into a pretty, bright teenager dealing with the struggles of first love. Her relationship with boyfriend Cristian Vega created friction between their two families, but they continue to care deeply for one another. Erin's portrayal of Jessica earned her the 1997 Soap Opera Award for Outstanding Teen Performer.Erin made her Broadway debut in the 1990 revival of "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof," starring Charles Durning and Kathleen Turner. Her next Broadway stint was at age 11, in the musical version of Neil Simon's "The Goodbye Girl," starring Bernadette Peters and Martin Short. Erin has appeared in stage productions of "Evita" and "Annie," among others, and can be heard on numerous television and radio jingles. When she is not working on "One Life to Live," Erin enjoys singing, rollerblading, tennis, swimming, and talking on the phone. She lives in Pennsylvania with her parents and sister, Shannon.
