Holly Wortell Holly on Life with Bonnie
Holly Wortell developed her love and skill for improvisation as a member of the renowned Second City Theater group in Chicago, where she wrote and performed in shows for six years.During her freshman year in high school, Wortell learned improvisation and performed her first revue at the age of 16. She co-founded an improv group in college at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and was hired right out of college at the Second City Theater. She also pursued acting and appeared in several stage productions. Wortell moved to Los Angeles to star in the CBS comedy series "The Building," and later in the critically acclaimed series "The Bonnie Hunt Show." Most recently she could be seen in HBO's "Curb Your Enthusiasm." She made an impression as David Duchovny's date from hell in MGM's sleeper hit, "Return to Me." She also appeared in the Universal Studios films "Junior," "Beethoven" and "Beethoven's 2nd." Outside of film, her credits include numerous television guest appearances and national commercials.
