Reginald Ballard
Elvis on Crumbs

Reginald Ballard
Reginald Ballard co-stars as a paramour of Suzanne Crumb on ABC's "Crumbs."

As early as the 4th grade, Ballard idolized Bruce Lee and knew that he wanted to be a performer. Natural athletic prowess gained him a full football scholarship to Southern Methodist University, where he was a theatre major. Senior year found him at the University of Missouri, where he continued to play football, but where he scored a "touchdown" in the university's production of "A Soldiers Play" in the role of C.J. Memphis. Spurning overtures from pro-football, Ballard headed to Hollywood to pursue his dream of acting.

His first "Hollywood" job was as an extra on the Stallone film "Lockup." An agent and a SAG card later, Ballard landed a speaking role on "The Trials of Rosie O'Neil." He went on to create the role of "Broman" on the "Martin" show. While many of his roles have been comedic, Ballard describes himself as a trained actor playing the role of a comic.

Ballard is married with two children. He enjoys golf (daily, if time allowed), collects Blacksploitation Movies and enjoys watching Clint Eastwood westerns.
