Caitlin Wachs
Rebecca Allen on Commander In Chief

At only 16 years old, Caitlin Wachs has already had an accomplished career. She will next appear in the new ABC series "Commander In Chief," created and directed by Rod Lurie.

Caitlin starred in the critically acclaimed Fox comedy series, "Cracking Up," with Jason Schwartzman, Molly Shannon and Christopher McDonald. Prior to that, she starred as Sissy in the WB Television comedy, "Family Affair," with Tim Curry and Gary Cole. She also appeared as a series regular on NBC's drama "The Profiler," earning a Hollywood Reporter YoungStar Award and multiple nominations as Ally Walker's daughter, Chloe Waters.

Caitlin has an extensive film pedigree as well. She recently starred in the independent film "Kids in America," alongside Gregory Smith ("Everwood"), a reality-based comedy-drama about the experiences of young people in modern day America. She also starred in the Warner Bros. film "My Dog Skip," with Frankie Muniz, for which she won a Young Artist Award.

As a youngster, Caitlin was seen in the Warner Bros. film, "The Divine Secrets of the Ya-Ya Sisterhood," directed by Callie Khouri. Her character was the younger version of Ellen Burstyn's character, Vivi. Other film credits include Disney's live action film, "Inspector Gadget 2," opposite French Stewart; New Line Cinema's "Thirteen Days," in which she starred as Kevin Costner's daughter; Paramount's "The Next Best Thing," with Madonna and Rupert Everett; Walt Disney's "Air Bud 3: World Pup," and Walt Disney's "Air Bud 4: 7th Inning Fetch," for which she was nominated as Best Actress for the 2003 Premiere DVD Awards.

In addition to her successful career as an actress, Caitlin also enjoys singing, playing guitar, surfing and spending time with her family at their home in Malibu.
