Phil Buckman Vic on Bob Patterson 
Phil Buckman was born in Queens, New York, and moved to Los Angeles when he was 13 years old. His first acting job was in a soda commercial when he was 17. Since then his career has taken off with numerous roles in television and film.Buckman's television credits include regular roles in the series "City of Angels," "Daddy's Girls" and "Drexell's Class," as well as recurring roles on "Beverly Hills, 90210" and "Weird Science." He has guest-starred on "Frasier," "Wings," "7th Heaven," "Married...with Children" and "Roseanne," among many others. Among his feature film credits are "An American Werewolf in Paris," "A Very Brady Sequel," "The Great White Hype" and the New Orleans Film Festival grand prize winner, "Matters of Consequence." An avid musician, Buckman plays bass, drums and guitar. He is also a voracious kitesurfer and hockey player. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife, singer/songwriter Shana Halligan.
